Multi-background chef Miller Xu, was born in China and graduated from the top institution of cuisine art - Le Cordon Bleu with 8 years of experience working in Nobu Malibu and a Micheline 2-star restaurant, Providence LA.
With influence under the renounced chef Michael Cimarusti and his multi-cultural background, Miller brings a unique fusion of traditional Japanese and modern French techniques. His expertise in precision, balance, and innovation allows him to craft dishes that honor authenticity while embracing contemporary culinary artistry.
